Affordability Commitment:
Subject to Build Canada Homes funding, this development delivers a clearly defined, income-based affordability model aligned with Build Canada Homes, with all 84 units (100%) committed as affordable housing for a minimum of 20 years.
Rents are tied to Area Median Household Income (AMHI) and range from approximately $399 per month for very low-income one-bedroom units (0–25% AMHI), to $797–$1,260 per month for low-income one- and two-bedroom units (26–50% AMHI), $1,196–$1,889 per month for moderate-income units (51–75% AMHI), and up to $2,500 per month for median-income two-bedroom units (76–100% AMHI).
This structure delivers measurable affordability outcomes while supporting long-term program compliance and housing stability.
